July 1	-	Hotel reservations open     Suggestion: Mail team fee ($550/team) and hotel deposit ($300/team)     so they are received by July 15th

July 15	-	List of regular season teams and managers
	-	Reserve GSWS berths
	-	Regular season team rosters including player ratings
	-	Non-resident player designation
	-	GSWS per team entry fee and hotel deposit must be received by the Treasurer for all berths that are reserved
July 17	-	GSWS rosters can be entered
August 1	-	GSWS rosters due by midnight Pacific Time
	-	Last day to reduce the number of teams attending the GSWS and request a refund (you can't add teams)
August 6	-	Last day to send roster change form to the Assistant Commissioner
August 13	-	New Commissioner meeting - Host Hotel 9 PM
August 14	-	Summer Meeting - Host Hotel 8 AM
	-	Registration - Host Hotel Noon to 8 PM
August 15	-	Summer Meeting - Host Hotel 8 AM
	-	Registration - Host Hotel 10 AM to 10 PM
	-	GSWS rosters are locked - 5 PM
August 16	-	Managers Meeting - Host Hotel 1 PM
	-	Umpire meeting - Host Hotel 2:30 PM
