	The Host City Contract has been read and we understand the bid process, including deadlines for all actions prior to the official bid actually being delivered.
	It is agreed that the NAGAAA Open Division, Inc. Board has the authority to decide if a bid from our organization will be allowed based on contractual compliance
	We agree to submit the World Series bid fee by the deadline as defined in the Host City Contract
